Counter Sales Assistant / Florist (Full Time)

Do you love plants, flowers and helping customers find exactly what they need? We’re looking for a Counter Sales Assistant / Florist to join our garden centre team and help bring our plant and floral department to life.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same—from creating beautiful displays to offering expert advice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting customers at the sales counter
- Working with EPOS/till systems (experience is a plus)
- Creating and maintaining attractive plant and floral displays
- Supporting the development of our indoor plant and flower department
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for plants and flowers
- Has a creative eye and flair for floristry
- Enjoys working with people and delivering great service
- Is proactive, reliable and eager to learn
Flexibility required: weekend and bank holiday availability is essential.
