Description: A semi-evergreen shrub or small tree producing flowers at a young age. Fragrant cream, cup shaped flowers appear along the length of the stems in spring.
History: Raised by the New Zealand breeder Mark Jury.
Magnolia Growing Tips: Full sun to part shade lover, best grown in consistently moist, slightly acidic, well-drained soils. Provide sheltered site as buds and flowers may be damaged by cold winds, and late frosts. Shape and size can be controlled by pruning which should be done either immediately after flowering or during late summer.
