How to place an online order
Browse & select your product from our wide selection of items within the ‘Online Shop’ part of the website.
Click on the green ‘Buy’ button and select either ‘Home Delivery’ or ‘Collect in store’.
N.B. Don’t worry you can always change your method of delivery before you finalise your order.
Once you select a product you are taken to your basket where you can review your choice and choose to either ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Go to Checkout’.
You can visit your shopping basket at any stage on the website by clicking the ‘shopping basket’ icon situated at the top right of the website.
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase you can ‘Go to Checkout’ from you shopping basket page. You can then choose one of the following;
Register your details on the website to make future purchasing easier as some of your details will be securely stored to save you entering them again.
Log in if you have already registered
Continue as a guest where you do not need to register and your details will not be saved.
Enter your billing and delivery address details as well as any special instructions in the boxes provided and the website will calculate any delivery charges that are applicable and display them with your total at the bottom of the screen. If you have picked qualifying items then you will also see a drop down menu to select either standard or express delivery. From here you you can then ‘Proceed to Payment’, ‘Edit your Basket’ to increase/decrease quantities/remove items or ‘Continue Shopping’ to add more products.
All that is left to do is enter your payment details and confirm your transaction and then wait for our confirmation emails that will notify you when your order has been accepted, confirmed and dispatched/is ready for collection.
