Place your order online and you will be offered our Home Delivery Service or our Collect in Store Service*. Select your preferred delivery service and proceed to make the payment. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email of your order.

You will receive an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order number and a form of ID confirming your name to the till point of your chosen store. If someone else is collecting the item on your behalf they will need to bring the order number and their ID.

Your order will be held for up to 3 days. If the item is not collected within this time frame the item(s) will be returned to stock and your payment card will be refunded. Please note that this may take up to 14 working days to process.

The Collect in Store Service is restricted to certain items. Please check the individual product page(s). If Collect in Store is not available on a product, there will be a red cross over the ‘Collect in Store’ icon.

Please check our store opening times prior to making your collection.

We will do our best to ensure your product is in store at the stated delivery times but we cannot guarantee this due to stock availability, store delivery times and product demand.
